General
Orders are shipped, generally, in the order that they are received and shipping dates are very dependent upon the shipping back log. Payments by money order, cashier's check, or credit card have higher priority and the order will be shipped out more quickly than if paying by check.Items are shipped either via UPS regular ground service or the USPS. At the time of shipping, you will be sent a confirmation that the item has been shipped. Generally items of high value, large size, heavy weight, or pottery are sent via UPS and will arrive within about 5 business days from the date of shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is also used for smaller items or smaller pieces of pottery. The USPS can take from 1 day to 3 weeks (dependent upon the season and the idiosyncrasies of the USPS).
Minnesota residents pay sales tax unless they furnish a signed valid Texas Resale Certificate with their order.
Returns
There is a 72-hour "no questions asked" return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) sent, you can e-mail: disorderlygirl@noisyboy.com within 72 hours of receipt and indicate that the item(s) are not satisfactory and the item(s) will be refunded in total, less shipping and other expenses as deemed appropriate. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. The item(s) must be insured for the value and must be returned in the original box with the original packing materials and must be in the same condition in which they were sent out.
Damaged or Lost Items
If, upon receipt, you find the item(s) are damaged (or lost), you must e-mail disorderlygirl@noisyboy.com to report the damage or loss. The item(s) must be kept in the original box with the original packaging material. I will provide you instructions on what to do next.
